When most Shaklee distributors get started in business the first thing they are told to do is to make a list of their family and friends so that they can introduce their family and friends to the business.  This works and is the best way to get started, but the problem is that after the new distributor goes through this list of family and friends they run out of people to speak to.  So they try to send their Myshaklee.com website to everyone they know and don’t know on the Internet in hopes of someone looking at it and deciding to join.  Spamming your website all over the Internet never works and it just aggravates and upsets a lot of people.

 

Even though your MyShaklee.com website looks nice it is not designed to peak your prospect’s interest.  This website is only designed to give people more information after they are already interested in the business and they want to get more information on the company or so that they can order more products.  This is the only reason that you should give out your link.

 

Another reason you shouldn’t just promote your Myshaklee.com site is because it does not promote you in any way.  In this business people join people not business opportunities.  No matter how great you think the company is your prospects are really joining you it doesn’t matter what business you are involved in.  If you look at your MyShaklee.com site it only gives your name and your phone number everything else is about Shaklee and why anyone should join Shaklee.  Shaklee does a good job of branding themselves and telling people why they should join Shaklee.

 

Market MyShaklee.com and Have Success

 

If you really want to recruit more distributors and make more sales with your Myshaklee.com website you need to follow Shaklee’s example and have your own personal site that talks about you and the value that you can provide to your prospects.  Remember people join people not business opportunities.  The only reason someone will join you in business is if they trust you and they think you can help them make money if they work with you.  You need to have a website that provides value to your prospects and that will make them want to work with you in  Shaklee or whatever network marketing company you decide to join.
